There’s so much sickenly tragic stuff in the news. So “Prom Pact” made me feel well again.
It’s as close to perfect as a movie can get.
The actors show emotions clearly but subtly, no big gestures or mugging or odd mannerisms. The cinematography is bright and colorful without bordering on garish. There are subtle background actions that adds to the story but don’t steal attention from the foreground scenes. The story though unsurprising is convincing. And the selections of music are perfect.
